all_pypi(): Extract all releases and dates for all pypi packages ever

collate_temp_pypi_files(): Collate all temporary files produced by the chunked parallel run of all_pypi.

coupling_dependencies(): Convert raw data (x) into data.frame of coupling dependencies as from and to columns for each package.

couplings(): Calculate afferent and efferent couplings between packages

couplings_releases(): Get couplings for each release of each package

cran_archiving(): Plot rates of CRAN archiving

dependencies(): Extract all dependencies from the "external_calls" component of the main data.

load_pkgstats_data(): Load one lot of either R or python data

pkgstats_analyse_packages(): Analyse individual package trajectories
